Ann Slemensky

July 06, 1915 - January 30, 2012

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2012 at 12:00 Noon at the Piasecki-Althaus Funeral Home, 3720 39th Avenue.  Interment will follow in St. George Cemetery. 

A visitation for Ann will be held on Saturday at the funeral home, 3720 39th Avenue from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances directed to the family would be appreciated.   

Ann Slemensky, age 96 of Kenosha, died peacefully at her residence on Monday, January 30, 2012.

Born in Kenosha on July 6, 1915, she was the daughter of the late John and Frances (Koncer) Istvanek. 

Ann's memory will live on in her four children, Richard "Butch" Slemensky of St. Olaf, Iowa, JoAnn "Cookie" Martinson of Somers, Joseph "Uncle Joe" Slemensky of Kenosha and Walter (Cheryl) Slemensky of Paddock Lake, ten grandchildren; and one great grandson.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Slemensky; and three siblings.
