My condolences to John's friends and family. I joined the Kenosha Fire Department in 1972, as John was concluding his career, but knew him long before that. I grew up on 20th Avenue and remember him from early childhood. A kind and gentile man who was well respected and highly regarded. Mike, I remember you from the old neighborhood, but don't recall your sisters.
